A tried and tested approach

EBIT has been engaging in ongoing technical dialogue & cooperation, and a mutually-beneficial, "two-way education" process with EU and OECD tax policy-makers since December 2001.

EBIT works on the basis of an Annual Work Programme (calendar year), regular e-mail communication, video-conference calls, and up to two high-level face-to-face roundtable meetings a year with peers, policymakers, relevant Tax & ESG stakeholders, and PwC tax specialists, which are held in Brussels. Members also benefit from daily email alerts to keep them really up to date on the latest modern Tax developments. The Secretariat of EBIT organises and coordinates the group’s work. Each Member contributes to EBIT’s work as a function of their time and availability. PwC acts as knowledge partner of EBIT. EBIT’s Membership is a corporate membership. EBIT always operates on a consensus basis and the Members have the last say. EBIT’s output and messaging always reflects the collective views of EBIT and cannot be construed as an opinion or point of view of an individual Member of EBIT, nor of EBIT’s Secretariat - Van Der Made Consulting BV - nor of EBIT’s knowledge partner.

EBIT is registered in the EU Transparency Register since 2010 under the following registration number: 26231733692-35.
